    Frequently Asked Questions

Having trouble finding the answers you’re seeking? I’ve put together a list of frequently asked questions to help guide you in the right direction!

I partner with established B2B organisations, professional service providers, and consultancies (typically with 1–20 staff). If your business relies heavily on relationships, reputation, and referrals, and you have an overstretched team hitting a capacity wall, we’re a perfect fit.

Very little, that’s the entire reason people hire me. Your team simply provides the raw copy, industry notes, or rough drafts. I take it from there: formatting the templates, updating the subscriber list, running quality control, and ensuring successful delivery. You supply the insights; I run the system.

I work entirely remotely, which allows me to plug seamlessly into your business no matter where your team is based. All of our regular alignment check-ins and strategy conversations are conducted virtually via Google Meet, keeping things efficient and respecting your calendar.

Your newsletter works best when it features your team’s real-world expertise, so I don’t create it without you. I focus on the execution, structuring, formatting, and optimising your insights for the inbox. But if you’re completely stuck for time or words, you aren’t on your own. I work alongside a professional copywriter who can help us write the content while keeping your authentic voice.

There are no lock-in contracts. I operate on a monthly retainer for the newsletter management package with a 30-day notice period because business priorities change. However, I highly recommend committing to at least 6 months to see the true, compounding results that a consistent newsletter rhythm builds with your audience.

It comes down to accountability. If you want to spend your time writing weekly checklists, managing someone’s tasks, and double-checking their formatting for mistakes, you need a VA. If you want a senior operator who steps in, takes total ownership of the channel, manages the deadlines, and guarantees a polished send without you looking over their shoulder, that is Fractional Management.
